Analysis of Waste Gas Pollutants in the Comprehensive Utilization of Hazardous Waste:Taking Roasting Petroleum Coke and Coal Gasification Slag as an Example
The slag from petroleum coke and coal gasification to produce hydrogen is atypical hazardous wastes,as present, there are very few cases of using gasification slag to extract vanadium, nickel and other metals to achieve the purpose of comprehensive utilization. On the basis of summarizing the sources of petroleum coke and coal gasification slag and its solid waste properties, taking the petroleum coke and coal gasification slag of a similar power plant abroad as the analogy source of the research object, the content of each element of gasification slag is analyzed.According to the operation parameters of the pretreatment unit, the production mechanism of each pollution factor and analogy,it is concluded that the pollution factors of the waste gas in roasting and decarbonization process are soot, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, heavy metals and dioxins, etc. The research results provide some ideas for the inference of pollutants and environmental protection management in the comprehensive utilization process of petroleum coke and coal gasification slag.
