Experimental Study on Leaching of Oily Sludge after Solidification Treatment
Oil containing sludge belongs to HW08 hazardous waste and cannot be directly discharged or utilized.Solidification process is an ideal harmless treatment technology, which can make the main pollutants up to the standard, and the solidification process has high efficiency, and can reduce the impact of oily sludge on the environment. This experiment mainly studies the leaching solution of the solidified oil-bearing sludge, and monitors the toxicity of the leaching solution of the solidified oil-bearing sludge. The results show that among the three factors of cement, fly ash and water, the amount of cement has the greatest influence on the oil content and COD of the leaching solution. When the ratio of oily sludge:fly ash:Cement:water is 1:0.504:0.5:0.167,the oil content of leachate is the lowest, oily sludge:fly ash:Cement:water ratio of 1:0.504:0.5:0.2 when the lowest COD leaching solution. At this time, the oil content and COD of the solidified oil-bearing sludge leachate are in line with the national comprehensive wastewater discharge standards, the content of heavy metals in the leaching solution is far lower than the national standard of"Hazardous waste identification-leaching toxicity identification"(GB 5085.3-2007).
