Exploring the Technical Pathway for Tracking and Evaluation of the Ecological and Environmental Zoning Control
Conducting tracking and evaluation is an important means to ensure the effective implementation of the ecological and environmental zoning control.With the aim of promoting the implementation and application of ecological and environmental zoning control,supporting the updating of achievements,the improvement of systems and the relevant assessments,this paper sorts out the practical experiences of tracking and evaluation in various regions and proposes the annual technical route for tracking and evaluation.It constructs a tracking and evaluation indicator system from the aspects of system construction,platform construction and application,system implementation,and effectiveness evaluation,and details the main content and key points of each indicator.The possible problems and conclusions in the application process are also explained.At the same time,based on the annual tracking and evaluation path,the technical path,indicator system,and key content of the five-year tracking and evaluation are proposed.The research results can provide references for provinces and cities to carry out tracking and evaluation work.
