Practice and Reflection on Promoting Digitalization of Ecological and Environmental Zoning Control
Ecological and environmental zoning control is an environmental management system that aims to ensure ecological functions and improve environmental quality,and implements regional differentiation management.The overall design and digital management application support of ecological and environmental zoning control information system was introduced.Focusing on"data-driven""business-driven"and"demand-driven",this paper elaborates on the thinking and suggestions for strengthening the support of ecological and environmental zoning control application,including:(1)drawing support from"government big data",expanding the spatial data foundation,and enhancing the integration of multi-source spatial data;(2)establishing a integral management process to promote the optimization and iteration of result,setting up the linkage relationship from environmental carrying capacity to environmental permit,and forming industry access and quantitative indicators;(3)making connection designs in environmental access analysis to promote trans-departmental and associated business coordination,and providing environmental guidance for regional industrial layout and structural readjustment.
