Analysis of Rainwater Runoff Pollution on Different Underlying Surface in Hohhot City
Monitoring and analysis were conducted on the concentration of rainwater background pollutants in the central urban area of Hohhot,as well as the runoff pollution of five types of underlying surfaces, including green spaces, squares, paving, roofs, and municipal roads,in order to provide effective reference value in runoff pollution control and rainwater resource reuse. The analysis results show that the average concentrations of COD,NH3-N,TN,and TSS all exceed the Class Ⅳ standard for surface water or the standard for rainwater reuse. The concentrations of BOD5 and TP can basically meet the Class Ⅳ standard for surface water. The correlation between COD,TSS,and BOD5 is high, and the concentration of runoff pollutants can be reduced by cleaning or maintaining the underlying surface.NH3-N and TN mainly come from the rainwater background, and the concentration can be reduced by controlling air quality.Controlling the TP concentration in green spaces can effectively reduce the TP concentration in the underlying surface runoff, making it meet the Class Ⅳ standard for surface water.
