面向美丽中国建设目标的生态环境科技创新需求与学科发展建议

建设美丽中国是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的重要目标,是实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的重要内容。生态环境科技创新是实现美丽中国愿景的有力支撑。本文系统梳理了我国面向美丽中国建设目标的生态环境科技创新需求,从减污降碳、气候变化、大气污染治理、陆海污染治理、跨介质污染治理、生态系统保护修复、环境健康风险防范、城乡环境治理、环境治理现代化及数字生态环境 10 方面梳理了未来科技创新的方向,并就学科发展、人才培养、产学研用和国际合作等方面提出了科学建议,以期为中国生态环境科技创新与学科发展提供科学依据与实践指南。
Ecological Environmental Science and Technology Innovation Needs and Discipline Development Recommendations for the Goal of Building a Beautiful China
Building a beautiful China is a key objective for the comprehensive establishment of a socialist modernized nation and a crucial component of realizing the Chinese dream of national rejuvenation.Ecological and environmental science and technology innovation is a vital support for achieving this vision.This paper systematically reviews the ecological environmental science and technology innovation needs for building a beautiful China,and highlights future demands in ten areas:pollution and carbon emission reduction,climate change response,air pollution control,terrestrial and marine pollution management,integrated pollution control,ecosystem protection and restoration,environmental health risk prevention,urban and rural environmental management,modernization of environmental governance,and digital ecological environment.Additionally,it offers scientific recommendations on discipline development,talent cultivation,industry-university-research integration and international cooperation,aiming to provide a scientific foundation and practical guidelines for advancing China's ecological and environmental technological innovation and discipline development.
