摘要
农村黑臭水体治理是农村人居环境改善的重要民生事项.本文通过对重庆市农村黑臭水体分布情况、水体类型、污染成因等现状分析,发现重庆农村黑臭水体治理仍存在治理任务重、联动机制不健全、长制久清难等问题,并提出了针对性对策建议.
Abstract
The treatment of black and odorous water in rural areas is an important livelihood issue for the improvement of rural living environment.Based on the analysis of the distribution,types and causes of pollution of black and odorous water in Chongqing rural areas,it is found that there are still problems in the treatment of black and odorous water in rural areas,such as heavy management tasks,imperfect linkage mechanism,difficulty in maintaining treatment effects,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
