摘要
本文根据重庆市近十年生态环境质量数据与社会经济发展数据,构建生态环境质量与社会经济发展协调性评价指标体系和耦合协调度分析模型,探究各要素环境质量与人口、经济、交通、能源消耗以及污染排放等社会经济因素之间的协调发展程度,识别主要影响因素并针对性地提出对策建议,为新时期以高水平生态环境保护支撑高质量发展提供科学的理论依据.
Abstract
Based on the ecological environment quality data and socio-economic development data of Chongqing in the past decade,we constructed an evaluation index system and coupling coordination analysis model for the coordination between ecological environment quality and socio-economic development,to explore the degree of coordinated development between environmental quality of various factors and socio-economic factors such as population,economy,transportation,energy consumption,and pollution emissions.The main influencing factors are identified and targeted countermeasures and suggestions are proposed,providing a scientific theoretical basis for supporting high-quality development with high-level ecological environment protection in the new era.
