Study on the Scheme of Oily Sludge Treatment by Combined Methods Based on the Concept of Green and Low Carbon
Indigenous predominant bacteria isolated and cultivated from the local soil were applied in the experiment,and in order to enhance the biodegradation efficiency of oily sludge,measures of venting and moisture-retention were adopted to improve the environment for microorganism's growth,and the degradation of petroleum hydrocarbon in oily sludge treated by different methods was investigated.The oil content of the oily sludge could be reduced from 5%to 0.65%after 180 days of microbial degradation,and the degradation rate of the petroleum hydrocarbon in the oily sludge was 87.4%.When the plant-microorganism combined bioremediation process was adopted in the pilot test,the oil content could be reduced to 2%after 45 days of treatment.On the basis of plant-microorganism combined treatment,the oil content of the sludge of pilot test could be further reduced after the deep oxidation treatment,and the total degradation rate of petroleum hydrocarbon in oily sludge could reach 91%.The experimental results show that plant-microorganism-advanced oxidation combined treatment technology could be adopted to effectively reduce the oil content within a relatively short period,which could further promote the development of green and low carbon transformation of remediation of oily sludge in oil and gas enterprises.
