基于比对监测的燃煤电厂烟气排放连续监测系统数据准确性研究

摘要
比对监测对于验证自动监测设备监测结果的准确性具有重要意义.本文以南京市某燃煤电厂为研究对象,开展12 d 94 h的烟气连续排放监测系统(CEMS)的比对监测,结果表明:颗粒物、SO2、NOx 的比对合格率分别为 100%、100%和98.94%,合格率很高,污染物排放浓度的自动监测数据具有较高精准度;烟气参数中含氧量、湿度、烟气温度比对合格率较高,分别为 100%、98.94%、94.68%,自动监测数据有较高的精准度;受监测位置影响,流速不合格情况较为突出,比对合格率仅为 76.60%.此外,比对监测结果受监测点位、参比方法等多重因素影响,不能简单归因于自动监测设备存在问题,应从比对监测、自动监测等方面进行多因素分析.
Abstract
Comparison monitoring is of great significance for verifying the accuracy of monitoring results of automatic monitoring equipment.In this paper,a coal-fired power plant in Nanjing is taken as the research object,and 94-hour comparison monitoring on the Continuous Emission Monitoring System(CEMS)in 12 days is carried out.The results show that the qualified rates of particulate matter,SO2 and NOx are 100%,100%and 98.94%respectively,which is very high,and the automatic monitoring data of pollutant emission concentration has high accuracy;among the flue gas parameters,the qualified rate of oxygen content,humidity and smoke temperature are 100%,98.94%and 94.68%respectively,which is also high;but the qualified rate of flow is only 76.60%because the impact of monitoring location and the unqualified situation is more prominent.In addition,the results of comparison monitoring are influenced by multiple factors such as monitoring points and reference method,and cannot be simply attributed to the problem with automatic monitoring equipment.Therefore,a multi-factor analysis should be conducted from comparison monitoring and automatic monitoring.
