摘要
随着虚拟主播渐成在线直播的主导行业,滥用该技术实施的诈骗犯罪亦呈蔓延之势.防控真人驱动型虚拟主播直播诈骗,应当降低犯罪的隐蔽性,同时提高犯罪的成本.对此,直播平台在完善真人驱动型虚拟主播准入机制的基础上,加强对"黑产"行为、涉诈信息的审查监测能力,识别诈骗账户后及时发布防骗警示.政府推动构建互联网直播行业管理体系,协助直播平台构建共享"黑名单"系统,齐心协力应对新型网络虚拟直播带来的冲击.公安等部门对涉嫌欺诈的从业者加大执法惩戒力度,同时面向受众群体加强反诈宣教.
Abstract
As virtual avatars gradually become dominant in online live industry,frauds committed by abusing this technology tend to increase widely.To prevent and control frauds of live human-driven virtual avatars,the key is to reduce the concealment and increase its cost.Therefore,the live platforms should improve the access mechanism for human-driven virtual avatars and strengthen the supervision towards black-industry behaviors and fraud-related information,timely releasing warnings after knowing the accounts are for frauds.Gov-ernments should construct a management system concerning internet live broadcasting and assist platforms to build a shared"black list"system,working together to cope with the shock caused by novel online virtual broadcasting.Public security bureaus and other depart-ments should greatly enforce laws and forcefully punish those who are involved in frauds,and at the same time strengthen the anti-fraud education among the public.
