摘要
随着我国诉讼制度的改革与毒品犯罪样式的演化,我国毒品犯罪侦查取证工作遇到了更大的挑战,而公安院校作为公安人才的培养基地,其传统的毒品犯罪侦查取证教学体系存在着教学场地局限化、教学过程偏重理论、实训不足、教学缺乏规范化反馈机制与教学训练对抗性不足的缺点.VR技术是近年新兴的虚拟仿真技术,具有仿真沉浸性、交互自主性与超越现实性特点,基于VR技术的毒品犯罪侦查取证教学体系在构建真实训练环境、开放互动的实战演练场景与立体多维的评估反馈机制等方面拥有独特的优势,这一教学体系可通过法律法规教学模块、业务实战训练模块与个体反馈模块等对公安院校受训学员开展针对性训练,能够有效提高公安院校受训学员在相关业务方面的综合素质.
Abstract
With the reform of China's litigation system and the evolution of drug-related crime types,the evidence collection for drug-related crime investigation in China has encountered greater challenges.In police colleges,the training bases for public security personnel,the traditional teaching system design of evidence collection for drug-related crime investigation is imperfect for the limited teaching venue,theory-oriented and insufficient training-oriented teaching,lack of standardized feedback mechanisms,and insufficient confrontational training.VR technology is a new virtual simulation technology arising in recent years,characterized by simulation immer-sion,interactive autonomy,and transcendence of reality.So based on VR technology,the teaching system design of evidence collection for drug-related crime investigation has unique advantages in building a real training environment,open and interactive practical training situations,and multi-dimensional assessment and feedback mechanisms.With law-regulation teaching module,combat-conditioned train-ing module,and individual feedback module of this teaching system,trainees in police colleges will receive targeted trainings,which will effectively improve their comprehensive quality.
