Research on Police Training Model Based on Subject Integration
With the rapid development of science and technology in the era of the great national rejuvenation,the public security works involve integration of a variety of disciplines.How to maximize the multidiscipline-related professional application ability and comprehensive ability of police in a limited time is a difficult problem facing the current police education and training.To solve this problem,a police training model based on discipline integration is an effective way.This model emphasizes in-depth analysis of the char-acteristics of police training courses and teaching modes,and highlights the combination of science,technology and practical application in the training process according to the interdiscipline-oriented basic characteristics of public security work.This research recommends that police colleges should innovate the idea of teaching and training and rearrange the contents rationally to show the achievement-ori-ented,scientific,and combat-conditioned characteristics in the new era;at the same time,police colleges should set up a new teaching-training model with the idea of macro education and training based on the discipline advantages and their scientific achievements.
