Problems Facing the Crime Prevention in Food Area and the Problem-Solving Paths:An Analysis Based on VOSviewer
With the change of economic system,food enterprises have been developing rapidly,and food safety has attracted great attention from the society.The country attaches great importance to food safety.In order to protect food safety for people,the public secu-rity organs should analyze problems based on the food industry to respond to the impact of the related criminal risks.Therefore,based on VOSviewer software,this study metrologically analyzes the relevant literature on crimes in food field.The result reveals the number of pub-lications,keywords and thematic clustering co-occurrence over the years,helping to have a systematical understanding of the current situa-tion and development trends of crimes in the food industry,and effectively assist public security organs in building prevention and control strategies to ensure people's food safety.In the future,China should explore prevention and control measures for food-related crimes from four aspects:law,personnel,mechanism,and environment,aiming to provide guidance and reference for China's food safety research.
