Juvenile delinquency prevention is related to the happiness of billions of families,social stability and the durable nation-al peace and security.However,the current juvenile delinquency prevention in Shanxi Province has encountered bottlenecks,the depart-ment-coordinated prevention system hasn't built,the traditional prevention mode is ineffective,the resources relating to juvenile delin-quency prevention cannot be shared and haven't realized dynamic management.There is an urgent need to change the work approaches in order to face the challenges.This study recommends to seize the opportunity of digital Shanxi construction and get support from the modern technologies such as big data to gather full data and develop data model clusters,so as to build a new digital governance system for preventing juvenile delinquency,promoting the high-quality development of juvenile delinquency prevention in Shanxi Province.
