With the increasing public awareness of rights,animal rights protection has gradually become a hot topic,but it has also led to the occurrence of cases(incidents)of protecting animal rights and interests by means of unlawful and illegal extreme behaviors,which has triggered the close attention from the state and the society.The so-called extreme animal protection behaviors refer to the behaviors of protecting animal rights by unlawful and illegal means such as violence and coercion by certain groups and individuals based on the blind and radical animal protection concepts.This behavior can be attributed to the lack of animal protection legislation in China,the intervention from foreign forces and the unclear division of the subject responsibility.Extreme animal protection behaviors have the security risk of threatening public security,triggering social ideological deviation,and jeopardizing China's international image and national security.In order to manage extreme animal protection behaviors,focusing on collaborative management,it is necessary to build a multi-sectoral communication and collaboration response mechanism,strengthen public opinion guidance and education,improve animal protection legislation and strengthen supervision and management.
