Research Trends,Hotspots,and Frontiers of Police Command in China in the Past 30 Years
The means and methods of police command are changing day by day.In order to more clearly track the evolution clues and cutting-edge trends of the research related to police command,CiteSpace software is used to analyze 492 articles published from 1990-2022,and research concerning dynamic evolution,hotspot distribution and cutting-edge trends in the field of police command is initially mapped.It is found that the number of the published papers in the field of police command in China is fluctuating but generally increasing;there are some core scholars such as Wang Yong,Qin Liqiang,Song Weicai,and Wang Xin who are making research in the core institutions in the"three universities and one institute",and the related research power also shows a diversified trend;the research hotspots in recent years concern big data and visualization;the research themes focus on the definition and operation mechanism,disci-pline construction and talent cultivation,training and practical application.It is also found that the future research in this field may con-cern the reform and innovation of police command operation mechanism,and optimization of discipline construction and talent cultivation program.
