Review and Prevention of Juvenile Violent Crime from the Perspective of Subculture
At present,the problem of juvenile violent crime is highlighted in China,and the revision of Law of the People's Repub-lic of China on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency indicates that the prevention and control of juvenile violent behavior needs to be strengthened.Juvenile violent crime is easily influenced by subcultures,among which campus subculture,community subculture,and"violent"education subculture are likely to cause some students to resort to violence to resolve interpersonal conflicts.In this regard,based on the concept of intervening in and preventing and controlling the spread of subcultures,by means of further clarifying the rights and responsibilities of the prevention and control subjects and refining the prevention and control measures,a comprehensive prevention and control mechanism for juvenile violent crime should be established gradually.
