Road traffic accident liability is the core and focus of the road traffic accident theory research and law enforcement prac-tice in China.But some of the fundamental theories and viewpoints are not deep enough,and it is also a difficult problem in law enforce-ment practice.From the comparative analysis perspective of the new and existing legislation on road traffic accident handling,the road traffic accident liability is studied on all aspects.In this study,some basic understandings and viewpoints of the road traffic accident lia-bility are reflected,such as the nature,the subject,the fault,the cause-and-effect relation,the qualification and the quantitative condi-tion.And some new ideas on these aspects are obtained.Based on the reflection and the new viewpoints,the specific solutions are put forward to solve the corresponding problems in law enforcement practices.
