Research on the Governance Function of People's Court from the Perspective of Judicial Activism:Taking the Construction of Shared Court in F County J Province as an Example
The exploration of the governance function of the people's court is an innovative development of the"Fengqiao Experi-ence"in the new era.The article explores how people's courts can tap into and utilize the governance resources in their jurisdiction to expand the channels for resolving disputes and diversify the subjects involved.It also introduces digital governance technologies to bene-fit the public.The aim is to resolve disputes at an early stage and to promote legal governance in grassroots communities.The develop-ment of governance function is based on consensus building and mechanism innovation.On the basis of describing the practical limita-tions of the people's court in participating in grassroots governance,this article attempts to explain the inner mechanism of the rural communities'demand for governance functions,in order to reach a consensus.In terms of court innovation,combined with the experience of shared court construction of F County People's Court,this article provides a practical model that fits the judicial governance function,so as to provide wisdom for the further development of the people's court.
