Realistic Observation and Legislation Improvement of Anti-Drug Law of the People's Republic of China:Legal Expectation for Anti-Drug Based on Law and Governance
The rule of law in the fight against drugs is an important foundation for the drug governance system and capacity,and an objective necessity for the modernization of drug governance.However,the risks and loopholes reflected in China's drug situation have led to new challenges in the construction of the rule of law at the current stage,which are reflected at the legislative level on the aspects of the lagging behind and the many limitations of anti-drug legislation,and because of that,dilemmas and problems in the application of the law have been caused.Under this background,there is a need to improve the normative system of anti-drug law in line with the con-cept of good law and good governance,so that it not only adapts to the characteristics and laws of the current drug situation in terms of substance,responds to the needs of anti-drug practice and conforms to the rules of justice and order,but also has a scientific nature in terms of its form,so as to provide a solid institutional safeguard for the scientific implementation of anti-drug work.
