Research on Procuratorial Suggestions from the Perspective of Litigation Source Governance for Criminal Cases
The litigation source governance for criminal cases is of great significance for preventing crimes and improving the social governance efficiency.The governance,prevention,and protection functions of procuratorial suggestions,playing a role of promoting so-cial governance,can effectively promote the litigation source governance for criminal cases.By inspecting the practice of procuratorial suggestions,it is found that the procuratorial organs and their personnel lack strong awareness to provide procuratorial suggestions ac-tively;even though some suggestions are provided,the related documents are incompetent and the related suggestions cannot be imple-mented properly.Therefore,the procuratorial organs should actively perform their duties in accordance with the law,and enhance the awareness of providing procuratorial suggestions;the procuratorial suggestions should be promoted to high quality to continuously in-crease the influence in a wider scope;tracked follow-up mechanism should be applied properly by drawing on advanced experiences,and the procuratorial suggestion work should be timely incorporated into the scope of legal construction assessment so that the procuratorial suggestions will be more effective.
