Legal Pathways for"De-Emotionalization"During the Responsive Governance Practices:From the Perspective of Online Communities
Social governance in online communities is complex to some degree.Because of the characteristics of network such as high anonymity and risk transfer,discussions on social hot events in online communities tends to end up evolving into a"collective car-nival".In the face of this situation,the public power authorities often adopt a responsive governance model,directly targeting hot online events,and implementing sports-style governance in the society,thus forming a strange governance cycle that"one person is sick,all take medicine".In fact,it transfers from the extreme of emotions to the extreme of governance.This research discusses the theoretical analysis mode of responsive governance in the context of online communities,reviews the responsive governance concept which focuses on responsibility based on the characteristics of online communities,and proposes legal pathways for"de-emotionalization".
