Research on the Criminal Intervention Path of Cyber Violence Crimes Based on the Personality Structure Theory
Cyber violence crimes pose serious social hazards,challenging the cyber governance capacity and system of modern soci-ety.To strengthen the governance of cyber violence crimes,it is essential to understand the core characteristics of cyber violence in the digital age and clearly define the main manifestations,attributes,and classification of stakeholders of cyber violence crimes.Based on the personality structure theory,this article analyzes the psychological causes of various stakeholders of cyber violence crimes and ex-plores an integrated criminal intervention path.Specifically,on a macro level,an overall governance framework for criminal integration should be established;on a micro level,precise interventions based on the criminal psychology of cyber violence perpetrators should be implemented,disruption strategies based on the collective effect of cyber violence followers should be carried out,and criminal relief paths based on the victim psychology of cyber violence victims should be improved.
