新时代社会环境复杂多变,意识形态斗争加剧,新技术快速发展,对政工干部队伍素质能力提出了很多新要求.在当前形势下,政工干部应在以下方面提升能力:理论与实践创新、数字化技能、情绪智能、舆情危机管理、跨界整合创新.因此,应着力构建混合现实培训生态、推进"三螺旋"人才培养模式、建立大数据评估激励机制、打造智能化工作模式、搭建跨领域协同创新平台.这些策略对推动政工工作创新发展、提高意识形态工作水平,提升政工干部队伍整体素质、应对复杂社会治理挑战具有重要价值.
On Ability Improvement of Political-Ideological Cadre Group in the New Era
The complex and changing social environment,intensified ideological struggle and rapid development of new technologies in the new era have put forward many new requirements on the ability of political-ideological cadres.Under the current situation,politi-cal-ideological cadres should improve their abilities in the following aspects:theoretical and practical innovation,digital skills,emotion-al intelligence,crisis management on public opinions,and cross-border integration and innovation.Therefore,efforts should be made to build a mixed-reality training ecology,promote a triple-helix talent cultivation model,establish a big-data-based evaluation and incen-tive mechanism,create an intelligent working model,and build a cross-field collaborative innovation platform.These strategies can help promote the innovation and development of political-ideological work,and raise the ideological work level,which will have a significant value in upgrading the overall quality of political cadres and meet the challenges of complex social governance.
