Study on Sulfur Resistance of Encapsulated Pt Sodalite
In order to study the catalytic synthesis of downstream products from coal chemical products without the influence of sulfur poisoning, the encapsulated Pt sodalite catalyst was explored and prepared. It was characterized by XRD,infrared, electron microscopy, etc. After sulfur poisoning using the Claus process(Claus),it was mixed with HZSM-5 molecular sieve to catalyze the benzene hydrogenation reaction. The conversion rate of cyclohexane gen-erated can reach 39.8%,indicating that the encapsulated Pt sodalite catalyst has better sulfur resistance.
