封装Pt方钠石的抗硫性能研究

摘要
为研究煤化工产品进行催化合成下游产品的耐硫催化剂,探索制备了封装 Pt方钠石催化剂,通过对其进行XRD、红外、电镜等表征,使用克劳斯过程进行了硫毒化后,与 HZSM-5 分子筛混合催化苯加氢反应,生成环己烷的转化率可达到 39.8%,表明了封装 Pt方钠石催化剂有较好的抗硫性能.
Abstract
In order to study the catalytic synthesis of downstream products from coal chemical products without the influence of sulfur poisoning,the encapsulated Pt sodalite catalyst was explored and prepared.It was characterized by XRD,infrared,electron microscopy,etc.After sulfur poisoning using the Claus process(Claus),it was mixed with HZSM-5 molecular sieve to catalyze the benzene hydrogenation reaction.The conversion rate of cyclohexane gen-erated can reach 39.8%,indicating that the encapsulated Pt sodalite catalyst has better sulfur resistance.
