摘要
硬质沥青的使用对于提高沥青混合料的劲度模量,改善路面抗车辙能力,提升道路耐久性大有裨益.但硬质沥青内部存在硬质组分含量高,胶结料体系黏度大的特点,使其在应用中存在施工温度高、污染物排放大、不利于道路领域节能减排的缺陷.研究将自制有机降黏型温拌剂以不同掺量加入硬质沥青中制备出温拌硬质沥青,然后对自制温拌剂加入前后硬质沥青的主要技术指标、表观黏度、微观形貌变化及沥青混合料性能进行系统研究.研究成果对于拓展硬质沥青在我国道路工程领域的低碳化应用具有参考意义.
Abstract
Hard asphalt is beneficial for increasing the stiffness modulus and improving the rutting resistance and durability of asphalt mixtures.However,the high content of hard components and the large viscosity of the cementitious material system inside the hard asphalt would cause defects of high construction temperature,high pollutant emissions,and not conducive to energy saving and emission reduction in the road industry.In this paper,the self-made organic viscosity-reducing warm mixing agent was added to hard asphalt at different dosages to prepare warm-mix hard asphalt,and the main technical indexes,apparent viscosity,microscopic morphology changes,and asphalt mixture properties of hard asphalt before and after adding the self-made warm mixing agent were systematically investigated.The study results can provide a reference for extending low-carbon applications of hard asphalt in China's road industry.
