Application of h-type Double-row Piles in Road Expansion in Steep Slope Terrain
Focusing on a high and steep slope road, this paper proposed a road expansion scheme and corresponding retaining scheme according to the geological and topographic conditions and simulated the application effect of the h-type double-row pile in the subgrade retaining by finite element software. The analysis results showed that the maximum road settlement was 20 mm,the maximum horizontal displacement of the pile top was 12.7 mm,the maximum bending moment of the front and rear piles were 470 kN·m and 1 808 kN·m respectively, and the safety stability coefficient of the subgrade slope was 1.5,which all met the specification requirements.
