摘要
基于晋阳高速公路改扩建项目,对改扩建工程交通安全管理进行研究.主要分析了高速公路改扩建项 目对交通安全的影响,主要影响因素有道路周围环境、道路线形、车道数量和宽度、路侧净空和路面平整度等;通过分析得出高速公路改扩建项目交通安全管理具有复杂性和特殊性,并从交通管控和施工路段作业区安全管理两方面提出改扩建工程交通安全管理措施,以达到高速公路改扩建作业区安全保通.
Abstract
This paper examined the traffic safety management of Jinyang Expressway's reconstruction and expansion project to analyze the impact of the expressway reconstruction and expansion on traffic safety.The main influencing factors were identified including the surrounding environment,road alignment,lane number and width,roadside clearance,road evenness,etc.Through the analysis,it could be seen that traffic safety management of the expressway reconstruction and expansion project was complex and special.To ensure safe and smooth traffic,corresponding measures were proposed from the perspectives of traffic control and safety management for the operation area in the construction section.
