摘要

公路项目设计安全性评价是从安全运营角度对设计文件进行全面检验分析的过程,可以有效避免设计安全缺陷及不足,实现本质安全,减少事故隐患.采用运行速度分析法对某山区双向六车道高速公路设计文件进行安全性评价研究,采用预测运行速度的协调性进行评价.针对存在的连续长大纵坡路段,对大货车刹车毂温度进行预测和分析,提出相应的安全改善建议,以期提高公路运营安全.

Abstract

Safety evaluation for highway projects is a process of comprehensive detection and analysis of the design document from the perspective of safety operation,and it can effectively avoid safety defects,realize essential safety,and reduce hidden dangers of accidents.This paper presented a safety evaluation of a two-way six-lane expressway design document in a mountainous area using the operating speed analysis method to evaluate the coordination of predicted operating speeds.Focusing on the existing continuous long and steep slopes,the temperature of the brake hub of trucks was predicted and analyzed,and corresponding safety improvement measures were proposed,expecting to enhance highway operation safety.
