沥青及沥青混合料是一种典型的感温性材料,沥青路面的高温车辙和低温开裂均与温度密切相关,沥青路面的感温性是影响服役寿命和服务质量的关键因素.自调温型路面是一种具有主动调温功能的智慧型路面,具有高温吸热、低温放热的特点.研究中以聚乙二醇为相变储能材料,利用原位聚合法微胶囊包埋技术,制备出以PEG/石墨相变材料为囊芯,石墨/塑化密胺树脂为壁材的相变调温型微胶囊.研究中分别将所制微胶囊以5%、10%和15%的掺量对沥青进行改性,结果显示:所制相变调温型微胶囊有助于沥青高温性能的改善,且试验掺量下,改性沥青温差极值范围可达1.9~5.6 ℃.
Preparation and Study of Phase Change Thermo-regulating Modified Asphalt
The asphalt and the asphalt mixture are typical thermo-sensitive materials,and high-temperature ruttings and low-temperature cracks of asphalt pavement are closely related to the temperature.The thermal sensitivity of asphalt pavement is a key factor affecting the service life and quality.Self-thermo-regulating pavement is a type of intelligent pavement with an active thermo-regulating function,which is characterized by heat absorption at high temperatures and heat release at low temperatures.Using polyethylene glycol(PEG)as the phase change energy storage material,this paper prepared phase change thermo-regulating microcapsules with PEG/graphite phase change material as the capsule core,and graphite/plasticized melamine resin as the wall material via the in-situ polymerization method microcapsule embedding technology.The asphalt was modified by prepared microcapsule at the dosages of 5%,10%,and 15%,and the results showed that this microcapsule can improve the high-temperature performance of asphalt,and the temperature difference of modified asphalt reached 1.9-5.6 ℃ under test dosages.
