基于ABAQUS的正交异性钢桥面铺装层力学特性分析

为了分析正交异性钢桥面铺装层的力学特性,确定铺装层受力的最不利荷载位置,采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立了正交异性钢桥面铺装层受力模型,分析了不同类型车轮荷载在不同的作用位置对应的铺装层的受力特性.结果表明:双轮荷载结果数据对结构验算而言更加保守,对于位移和横向最大拉应力而言最不利加载位置在3号位,随着距离横隔板位置增大,最大竖向位移和横向最大拉应力逐渐增大,在距离2 m时取得最大值.
Mechanical Characteristics of Orthotropic Steel Bridge Deck Pavement Based on ABAQUS
To analyze the mechanical characteristics of the orthotropic steel bridge deck pavement and determine the most unfavorable load position of the pavement,this paper established the stress model of the pavement by using the finite element software ABAQUS to analyze the mechanical characteristics of the pavement corresponding to different load positions under different types of wheel load.The results showed that the result of the double-wheel load was more conservative than that of the structural checking calculation.The most unfavorable load position for the displacement and maximum transverse tensile stress was at position No.3.With the increase of the distance to the transverse diaphragm,the vertical displacement and the transverse tensile stress increased gradually and reached the maximum at the distance of 2 m.
