基于管幕支护的隧道近距下穿青兰高速变形控制研究

为解决山西某城市干线道路近距下穿青兰高速的工程难点问题,提出了采用管幕暗挖法作为隧道支护开挖方式的设计方案,并通过数值计算,对隧道整体稳定性及高速路面沉降变形进行了分析.研究表明,管幕支护下青兰高速路面沉降量较小,可以满足路面变形控制要求,极大程度减小了下穿施工对既有高速的影响.该隧道的设计可为今后同类型工程问题提供相关经验.
Deformation Control of Close Underpass Tunnel in Qinglan Expressway Based on Pipe Curtain Support
To solve the engineering difficulties of a close underpass trunk line road in Qinglan Expressway,this paper proposed a design scheme using the pipe curtain culvert method as the tunnel support excavation and analyzed the overall stability of the tunnel and subsidence deformation of the expressway pavement by numerical calculation.The research results showed that under the pipe curtain support,the pavement subsidence of Qinglan Expressway was small,which met the control requirements of pavement deformation and greatly reduced the impact of the underpass construction on the existing expressways.This tunnel design can provide relevant experience for similar engineering in the future.
