黏土地层中控制盾构隧道管片上浮技术研究

近年来,在我国城市地铁建设中,穿越黏土地层的盾构隧道施工时,管片上浮的现象越来越突出.衬砌管片受力是否均匀、同步注浆材料配置是否合理以及盾构隧道管片覆土层厚度大小均对管片上浮有较大影响.通过模拟受力状态和试验统计分析,详细探讨了盾构掘进过程中管片上浮的机理及其相关控制技术,并给出有效控制措施,为后期黏土地区盾构隧道施工提供有效指导和参考.
Control Technologies for Segment Floating of Shield Tunnel in Clay Layer
In recent years,the phenomenon of the segment floating has become more prominent in the construction of urban subways in China during the construction of shield tunnels passing through the clay layer.The lining segment force is uniform or not synchronous grouting material confiiguration is resonable or not,and the thickness of the overlay soil of the shied tunnel segment all have great impacts on the segment floating.This paper detailedly discusses the mechanism and relevant control technologies for the segment floating in the shield tunneling process by simulating the stress state and experimental statistics,efficient control measures are given,which can provide effective guidance and reference for later shield tunnel construction in clay areas.
