国省干线公路车辆运输碳排放分析及预测

在我国碳达峰、碳中和的目标要求下,普通国省干线公路的低碳运营是必然趋势.以山西省盂县国道239公路改建工程为例,基于项目决策阶段可行性研究报告中的内容和参数,研究了在车型、车速、交通量和路面纵坡影响下的公路车辆运输碳排放特征,提出了适用于国省干线公路估算车辆运输碳排放量的方法,以期为实现山西省普通国省干线公路双碳目标提供一些参考.
Analysis and Forecast of Carbon Emissions from Vehicle Transportation on National and Provincial Trunk Highways
Under the requirement of China's goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,low-carbon operation on ordinary national and provincial trunk highways is inevitable.Taking the reconstruction project of National Highway 239 of Yu County in Shanxi Province as an example,based on the content and parameters in the feasibility study at the decision-making stage,this paper studies the characteristics of carbon emissions from highway vehicle transportation affected by vehicle type,speed,traffic volume,and longitudinal slope of roads,and proposes a method to estimate the carbon emission from vehicle transportation on national and provincial trunk highways,hoping to provide a certain reference for realizing carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals in Shanxi Province.
