SBS掺量对胶粉改性沥青性能影响规律研究

为建立SBS掺量对胶粉改性沥青性能指标的影响规律,通过黏度、低温延度、软化点、针入度和弹性恢复率指标测评了 25%胶粉分别与0%、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%和2.0%SBS复配改性沥青性能,并考察掺量0.1%~0.3%的含硫促进剂N对SBS、胶粉复合改性沥青高温离析的改善效果.数据显示,考察掺量范围内,胶粉改性沥青性能提升效果与SBS掺量成正比,且所有样品黏度满足技术要求;促进剂N可以有效缓解复合改性沥青的高温离析,当掺量为0.3%时,存储稳定性试验上下段软化点差可降低到1.5 ℃.分析可知,SBS可改善胶粉改性沥青的综合性能,掺量越高,改善效果越显著,少量促进剂N可有效解决因SBS、胶粉与沥青之间结构差异导致的高温离析问题,且不影响改性沥青的性能.
Influencing Law of SBS Contents on Performance of Rubber Powder Modified Asphalt
To explore the influencing law of SBS contents on the performance indexes of rubber powder modified asphalt,this paper evaluated the performance of the composite modified asphalt with rubber powder of 25%and SBS of 0%,0.5%,1.0%,1.5%,and 2.0%by indexes of viscosity,low-temperature ductility,softening point,penetration,and elastic recovery,and investigated the improvement effect of the sulfur-containing accelerator N with a content of 0.1%-0.3%on the high-temperature segregation of SBS and rubber powder composite modified asphalt.The results showed that,within the investigation content range,the improvement effect of rubber powder modified asphalt was directly proportional to the SBS content,and the viscosity of all samples met the technical requirements.The accelerator N could effectively alleviate the high-temperature segregation of composite modified asphalt,and when the content was 0.3%,the softening point difference between the upper section and lower section was reduced to 1.5 ℃ in storage stability tests.Through the analysis,SBS can improve the overall performance of rubber powder modified asphalt,and the higher the content,the better the improvement effect,and a small amount of accelerator N can effectively solve the high-temperature segregate problem caused by the structural differences between SBS,rubber powder,and asphalt,without affecting the performance of modified asphalt.
