为提高黄土隧道结构病害处治效果,以山西某运营隧道为依托,采用数值计算软件midas对处治方案的受力特性进行模拟计算,经对比分析得出最为经济有效的处治措施.结果表明:对于衬砌开裂病害采用加强排水和局部换拱联合的方法可以有效地控制围岩变形.针对路面开裂病害采用增设平拱+隧底增设微型钢管桩的综合处治措施,能进一步提高围岩和衬砌结构稳定性.
Treatment Measures for Loess Tunnel Diseases
To enhance the treatment effects for structural diseases in the loess tunnel,focusing on an operating tunnel in Shanxi,the numerical calculation software midas was used to simulate and calculate the stress characteristics of the treatment scheme,and the most economical and effective treatment measure was obtained through the comparative analysis.The results showed that the method of treating the lining cracking with reinforced drainage and localized arch replacement could effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rocks.Adopting the comprehensive treatment for pavement cracks by adding flat arches and additional micro steel piles at the bottom of the tunnel could further improve the stability of surrounding rocks and lining structures.
