高速公路服务区回用水冲厕恒压系统研究

污水再生回用是解决高速公路服务区污水排放路径的有效方式.在污水产水量和出水水质都满足服务区冲厕需求的前提下,提出基于PLC控制技术的回用水冲厕恒压系统,并对系统水量和水压控制进行优化设计.通过变频控制箱和液位计联动实现自动补水,精准控制缓冲水箱内水量;利用PLC控制的变频技术对出水管道压力进行调节,保障冲厕供水系统稳定运行.
Reuse Water Constant Pressure Toilet Flushing System in Highway Service Areas
Sewage recycling and reuse can effectively address the sewage discharge path in highway service areas.Under the premise that sewage's water production and water quality meet the demand for toilet flushing in the service area,this paper proposed a reuse water constant pressure toilet flushing system based on PLC control technology and optimized and designed the system's water volume and water pressure control.The automatic water replenishment was realized through the linkage between the frequency conversion control box and liquid level meter to accurately control the water volume in the buffer tank.The frequency conversion technology based on PLC control was used to adjust the pressure in the outlet pipe to ensure the stable operation of the toilet flushing water supply system.
