基于运输成本的太原绕城高速公路过境货车出行路径研究

摘要
结合太原绕城高速公路(G2001)禁止过境重型货车通行,交通管控引起路网出行路径变化,导致过境重型货车出行路径发生变化,利用广义费用函数对货车过境太原所有路径进行筛选,计算各路径通行概率,构建用于重新组织交通的理论工具体系,以此为基础对货车过境路径进行引导,提供一种新的解决思路及方案.
Abstract
Since Taiyuan Ring Expressway(G2001)has forbidden transit heavy trucks from traveling and the traffic control,the travel path for transit heavy trucks was changed.This paper used the generalized cost function to screen all the paths for trucks transiting Taiyuan,calculate the passing probability of each path,and establish the theoretical tool system used for reorganizing traffic.On this basis,the transit path for trucks could be guided,providing a new concept and solution.
