Maturity Evaluation of Highway Maintenance Cost Management
The level of highway maintenance cost management affects the total economic benefits of the highway operation.To further clarify the level of Shanxi's operational highway maintenance cost management and propose targeted suggestions for optimizing the cost management work,based on operational highways in Shanxi Province,this paper quantitatively evaluated the maintenance cost management level via maturity index and fuzzy evaluation theory.From the four dimensions of maintenance and management agencies,maintenance cost plan,maintenance cost control,and maintenance cost assessment,the specific maturity values and corresponding maturity grades were put forward.On this basis,targeted suggestions for improving the maintenance cost management level were given.
