摘要
基于交通运输扬尘污染治理需要,梳理散装物料密闭运输管理要求,分析散装物料运输车辆货箱密闭技术,研究实际应用中技术、质量、标准、监管、政策等方面的制约性问题,提出技术研发、推广政策、建立信息化监管体系等发展对策建议,以利于运输车辆扬尘污染治理长效化,以及绿色交通的发展.
Abstract
Based on the control needs for transportation dust pollution,this paper generalized the management requirements of sealed transport of bulk materials,analyzed the container sealing technologies for bulk material transport vehicles,and studied the constraints of technology,quality,standard,supervision,policy,and other aspects in actual applications.Strategies and suggestions for developing technologies,promoting policies,building the information supervision system,etc.are proposed,helping the long-term control of transportation dust pollution and green transportation development.
