废旧轮胎加筋路基现场试验研究

废旧轮胎具有自重小、弹性好等优点,是一种良好的土木工程材料,在国外的一些工程中已经得到应用,但目前国内很少有废旧轮胎在土木工程中应用的报道.以某高速公路填挖交界处路基差异沉降处治为依托,应用废旧轮胎对路基进行加筋处理,详细描述了材料特性、施工组织流程和传感器布置情况,并对其竖向土压力、地基沉降变化规律进行了系统分析.作为国内首个废旧轮胎整胎加筋路基工程,为该技术在国内的应用和推广奠定了基础.
Field Tests of Waste Tire Reinforced Subgrades
The waste tire has the advantages of low weight and good elasticity,which is a good civil engineering material and has been applied in several projects abroad,however,there are few domestic reports on the application of the waste tier in civil engineering.Based on the treatment for the subgrade differential settlement at the interface between the excavation and filling in a highway,the waste tire was used for reinforcing the subgrade,and the material characteristics,construction organization and process,and sensor layout were introduced.Besides,the vertical earth pressure and the change law of the foundation settlement were systematically analyzed.As China's first waste whole-tire reinforced subgrade project,it provides a foundation for applying and promoting this technology.
