山西铁尾矿工程性质及活性研究

铁尾矿是铁矿石通过选矿技术优选后剩余的固体废料,将铁尾矿最大限度用作路面材料,可以有效减少对环境的污染.对铁尾矿的物相组成、化学成分、压碎值、耐酸碱性进行研究,系统分析了不同铁尾矿的碱性系数M0和质量系数K;利用SPSS软件进行各地铁尾矿的压碎值K-均值聚类迭代后,进行耐酸碱度分析;利用胶砂强度法与石灰吸附法分析了铁尾矿的活性规律.研究结果表明四川攀枝花铁尾矿、山西红色铁尾矿等活性高的铁尾矿宜用于作为水泥活性混合材料,而在混凝土结构或道路路面结构中宜使用山西蓝色铁尾矿、马鞍山铁尾矿等活性低的铁尾矿.
Engineering Characteristics and Activity of Iron Tailings in Shanxi Province
Iron tailings are the residual solid waste after the optimizing selection of mineral processing technology for iron ore.Making full use of iron tailings as pavement material can effectively reduce environmental pollution.This paper studied the physical composition,chemical composition,crushing value,and acid and alkali resistance of iron tailings to systematically analyze the alkalinity coefficient M0 and quality coefficient K of different iron tailings.After carrying out the iteration of crushing value and K-mean clustering of iron tailings in various places by SPSS,the acid and alkali resistance analysis was performed,and the activity law of iron tailings was analyzed by using the mortar strength method and the lime adsorption method.The results showed that iron tailings with high activity such as Sichuan Panzhihua iron tailings and Shanxi red iron tailings were suitable for use as cement activity mixing materials,while iron tailings with low activity such as Shanxi blue iron tailings and Maanshan iron tailings were appropriate to be used in concrete structures or pavement structures.
