纤维对ECC抗压和抗拉性能的影响研究

为研究不同类型的纤维对工程水泥基复合材料(ECC)力学特性的影响,对3种不同纤维掺量的ECC试件进行了抗压和抗拉的力学性能试验,研究了不同类型的纤维对ECC力学性能的影响规律.试验结果表明:亲水型PVA纤维会对ECC的抗压强度造成负面影响,而PE纤维与疏水型PVA纤维能在基体中分散均匀,可以增强ECC的抗压强度;除此之外,随着ECC中纤维掺量的增加,抗压强度会随着逐渐增大,各项拉伸指标也均有所上升.研究结果可为优化ECC力学性能提供指导.
Influence of Fiber on Compressive and Tensile Properties of ECC
This paper carried out tests of compressive and tensile properties of engineering cementitious composites(ECC)specimens with three fiber contents to investigate the influencing law of different types of fiber on ECC's mechanical properties.The test results showed that the hydrophilic PVC fiber harmed the compressive strength of ECC,while PE fiber and hydrophobic PVC fiber could improve the compressive strength of ECC for they uniformly dispersed in the matrix.Besides,with the increasing fiber content of ECC,the compressive strength and tensile indicators increased gradually.The study results could guide the optimization of ECC's mechanical properties.
