环保型沥青阻燃剂的制备与性能评价

我国多山的地理特征使得隧道的数量和规模呈增长趋势,隧道内沥青路面安全运营的关键技术之一是提高沥青的阻燃抑烟功能.研究以空心漂珠为载体,利用化学沉淀法和表面处理技术制备出一种环保高效的复合型沥青阻燃剂,并对自制阻燃剂的热稳定性、不同阻燃剂掺量改性沥青的阻燃抑烟效果以及阻燃沥青混合料路用性能进行研究.试验结果显示,所制阻燃剂的热分解过程分两步,分别发生在291 ℃和420 ℃,热稳定性满足沥青路面施工要求.所制阻燃剂阻燃抑烟效果显著,5%和8%阻燃剂掺量下的改性沥青即可达到难燃Ⅲ级和难燃Ⅱ级.所制阻燃剂使用方式灵活,既可内掺改性沥青,又可外掺替代矿粉(推荐),且对混合料的水稳定性有所改善.研究成果对于促进隧道内沥青路面的安全运营有重要意义.
Preparation and Performance Evaluation of Environmentally Friendly Asphalt Flame Retardant
China's mountainous geographic features lead to the growing number and scale of tunnels,and improving the flame retardant and smoke suppression function of asphalt is one of the key technologies for the safe operation of the asphalt pavement inside the tunnel.This paper prepared an environmentally friendly and efficient composite asphalt flame retardant using the chemical precipitation method and surface treatment technology with hollow beads as the carrier.The thermal stability of the self-made flame retardant,the flame retardant and smoke suppression effect of the modified asphalt with different flame retardant contents,and the road performance of the flame retardant asphalt mixtures were studied.The test results showed that the self-made flame retardant had two steps of thermal decomposition,occurring at 291 ℃ and 420℃,respectively,and the thermal stability met the construction requirements of asphalt pavement.The self-made flame retardant had a significant flame retardant and smoke suppression effect,and the modified asphalt with 5%and 8%flame retardant content could reach flame retardant class Ⅲ and Ⅱ.The utilization of the self-made flame retardant was flexible,which could be internally mixed to modify asphalt or externally mixed to replace the mineral powder(recommended),and improve the water stability of mixtures.The study result is significant for enhancing the safe operation of the asphalt pavement inside the tunnel.
