为提升玄武岩纤维增强再生水泥稳定碎石(Basalt fibre reinforced regeneration old cement stabi-lized macadam,简称BR-ROCSM)的路用效果,提高废旧水泥稳定碎石铣刨料的再生利用率,开展物理试验,研究玄武岩纤维的特征参量值对BR-ROCSM材料无侧限抗压强度的影响及机理.研究表明,BR-ROCSM的无侧限抗压强度受玄武岩纤维的直径、长度、含量影响明显,掺加0.8‰的直径15 μm、长度20 mm的玄武岩纤维能够较大程度地增加BR-ROCSM的强度.
Mechanical Characteristics of Basalt Fiber Reinforced Regeneration Old Cement Stabilized Macadam
To improve the road performance of basalt fiber reinforced regeneration old cement stabilized macadam(BR-ROCSM)and the recycling rate of the old cement stabilized macadam milling material,this paper conducted physical tests to study the effects and mechanism of characterized parameters of basalt fiber on the unconfined compressive strength of BR-ROCSM.The results showed that the unconfined compressive strength of BR-ROCSM was significantly impacted by the diameter,length,and dosage of basalt fiber,and adding 0.8‰ basalt fiber with 15 μm diameter and 20 mm length could greatly increase the strength of BR-ROCSM.
