Design and Stress Analysis of Main Cable Steel Anchor Box of Self-anchored Suspension Bridge
Due to the beautiful structure,the self-anchored suspension bridge has been widely applied in municipal and highway engineering.Focusing on the characteristics of the complex structure and stress concentrate of the main cable anchorage zone,this paper used the midas FEA to calculate and analyze the structure of the main cable steel anchor box of Songhua River Bridge.The results showed that it was reasonable that the main cable steel anchor box adopted the combination structural form design of the cast steel pressure body and lattice-type steel structure,and the force transmission path was clear.The transverse anchor plate of the leading edge of the cast steel pressure body welded with the main beam web was the key component of the force transmission to the main cable steel anchor box,and the stress concentration occurred at the welding position.So,in the structural design process,the number of transverse anchor plates should be increased as much as possible,and effective tectonic measures should be adopted to alleviate the stress concentration.
