The expressway service areas are many and wide,and have become the most commercially opportunistic point in the expressway economy industry.However,most of the expressway service areas in Shanxi Province are in a state of inefficiency,how to break through the function as an auxiliary facility,utilize the advantageous resources to expand the business function,and develop in a more diversified direction have become the urgent problems to be solved.Focusing on the development goal of creating a national first-class,rich in Shanxi characteristics,Jin charm and quality service area,taking expressway service areas in Shanxi Province as the research object,according to the actual development and operation mode,this paper establishes a targeted service capacity evaluation model based on the AHP theory to realize the refined and systematic evaluation of the service capacity and provide feasible strategies for the in-depth development of service functions.It aims to improve the service area's operation level and service quality,and build the service area into a station for public traveling,a window for showing Shanxi's characteristics,and a carrier of high-quality development.
