摘要
乡村振兴造福于民,但农村地区道路交通安全现状不容乐观,是亟待解决的问题.基于晋中市农村地区交通安全现状的调研,从车辆、道路、普法宣传等方面分析当前农村地区交通隐患存在的主要原因,从改善交通安全宣传方式、有效整治交通违法行为、完善交通设施设置以及落实交通安全主体责任等方面提出改善农村地区交通安全的措施与建议.
Abstract
Rural revitalization is to benefit the people,however,the current situation of road traffic safety in rural areas is not optimistic.This paper investigates the traffic safety situation in the rural area of Jinzhong City,analyzes the main reasons for traffic hazards in rural areas from aspects of vehicles,roads,and publicity of the law,and proposes measures and suggestions to enhance traffic safety in rural areas from perspectives of improving traffic safety publicity,effectively regulating traffic violations,improving the installation of traffic facilities,and implementing the main responsibility for traffic safety.
