The Basic Characteristics of Classroom Teaching of Primary School Mathematics Expert Teachers——Analysis Based on the Teaching Videos of Four Expert Teachers
Taking the TIMSS classroom video analysis framework as an important reference,this paper analyzes the basic characteristics of classroom teaching of four primary school mathematics expert teachers from four first-level dimensions of teaching objective,teaching method,classroom discourse and classroom structure and ten second-level dimensions represented by mastery of knowledge and ability,and refines the classroom teaching logic based on key competency.It is found that the teaching objective setting of expert teachers is closely related to the core of knowledge and the key competencies,focusing on the integration and decomposition of big ideas;the teaching methods are highly consistent with the three-layer teaching objective system of mastering knowledge,understanding meaning and learning transfer,focusing on the combination of direct instruction,facilitation and coaching;the classroom discourse can create multi-voice dialogues,focusing on the mediating role of questioning language;the classroom teaching follows the three-stage structure of"experience,construction and transfer",focusing on the series of basic problems.
